Our Markets

Education

We support synchronous, asynchronous, in-person, virtual and hybrid learning environments. A recent survey of European students revealed a major complaint of online learning: The sessions aren't interactive. We address that complaint by offering interactivity and the option to “gamify” learning.  Students also benefit from the chance to develop and improve skills important for career success: critical thinking and giving effective feedback. We have had particular success supporting case-teaching, and simulations, both in-person and virtually.

Corporate

Tapping the expertise of peers can enhance productivity. Employees may be wary of candid conversations with colleagues or managers, and reluctant to discuss failures. We anticipate and address these common obstacles, having used our approach to improve sales initiatives for an international IT company.  Our goal is to tap the expertise of peers by promoting honest views that aren’t sugar-coated.

Community

While facing daunting challenges, community groups gain energy and momentum through shared values. We have used our platform to support a political campaign fractured by disparate views within the same party. Empathetic and  constructive feedback can help bridge these divisions.

Our approach can also promote more effective decision-making among group members; e.g., determining funding priorities while managing shrinking budgets.
